KADIN VOLEYBOLCULARDA DİKEY SIÇRAMA PERFORMANSINA, AKUT UYGULANAN FARKLI GERME EGZERSİZLERİNİN ETKİSİ

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, kadın voleybolcularda dikey sıçrama performansına, akut uygulanan farklı germe egzersizlerinin etkisinin belirlenmesidir. Çalışmaya, Türkiye Voleybol 1. Lig kategorisinde yer alan, Balıkesir DSİ Spor kulübü Kadın Voleybol A Takımında lisanslı, yaş ortalamaları (21,21±0,97) yıl, boy ortalamaları (173,86±5,46) cm ve vücut ağırlıkları (64,66±5,78) kg olan gönüllü 14 kız voleybolcu dahil edilmiştir. Balıkesir DSİ spor tesislerinde sporculara 1. gün sırasıyla; 1) 5 dk ısınma yaptırıldı. 2) Pnf germe egzersizleri yaptırıldı 3) dikey sıçrama testi yaptırıldı. 2. gün sırasıyla; 1) 5 dk ısınma yaptırıldı. 2) statik germe egzersizleri yaptırıldı 3) dikey sıçrama testi yaptırıldı. 3. gün sırasıyla; 1) 5 dk ısınma yaptırıldı. 2) Dinamik germe egzersizleri yaptırıldı. 3) dikey sıçrama testi yaptırılarak çalışma sonlandırıldı. İstatistiksel değerlendirme SPSS 22.0 programı kullanılarak yapılmış olup elde edilen değerler, Shapiro–Wilk testi testi ile normallik dağılımına bakıldıktan sonra normal dağılım göstermediği (p<0,05) belirlenmiştir. Buna göre, verilerin analizinde nonparametrik testlerden Kruskal Wallis testi kullanılmıştır. Bütün istatistiksel yöntemler için yanılma düzeyi (α) 0,05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Kadın voleybolcuların dikey sıçrama performansında üç farklı germe (Pnf, Statik, Dinamik) uygulaması sonrasında anlamlı fark tespit edilememiştir (p>0.05).Sonuç olarak; kadın voleybolcuların sıçrama performanslarında, statik, dinamik ve pnf germe egzersizleri sonrası anlamlı farklılık bulunamamıştır.
