Abstract

Birey-Örgüt Uyumunun Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Üzerindeki Etkisinde İşe Yabancılaşmanın Aracı Rolü


Öz
Bu araştırma gıda sektörü çalışanlarının, birey-örgüt uyumu, örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ve işe yabancılaşma algıları arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektedir. Bu araştırmanın başlıca amacı, çalışanların birey-örgüt uyumunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerindeki etkisini ve bu ilişkide işe yabancılaşmanın aracılık rolünü analiz etmektir. Araştırma ayrıca, çalışanların birey-örgüt uyumunun işe yabancılaşma algısını nasıl etkilediğini ve işe yabancılaşma algısının da örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışını nasıl etkilediğini incelemektedir. Veriler, Osmaniye İli ve ilçelerindeki hizmet sektörü çalışanlarından kolayda örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak gönüllülük esasına göre elde edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki ilişkilerin ölçülmesi amacıyla korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Önerilen ilişkileri test etmek için yapısal eşitlik modellemesi (YEM) kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, birey-örgüt uyumunun örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkiye sahip olduğu ve işe yabancılaşmanın bu ilişkiye aracılık ettiği belirlenmiştir. Sonuçlar, birey-örgüt uyumu ile işe yabancılaşma arasında negatif bir etki olduğunu ve işe yabancılaşmanın örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı üzerinde negatif bir etkiye sahip olduğunu göstermiştir.

Abstract

The Mediating Role of Work Alienation In The Effect of Person-Organization Fit on Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Abstract
This study examined the relationships between person-organization fit, organizational citizenship behavior, and alienation perceptions of food sector employees. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of person-organization fit on organizational citizenship behavior and the mediating role of job alienation in this relationship. The research also examines how person-organization fit affects employees' perception of alienation, and how the perception of alienation affects organizational citizenship behavior. The data were obtained from service sector employees in Osmaniye province and districts on a voluntary basis using an easy sampling method. Correlation analysis was performed to measure the relationships between the variables. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the proposed relationships. Regression analysis was applied to measure the effects of the independent variable and dependent variables. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that person-organization fit had a statistically significant and positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and that work alienation mediated this relationship. The results showed that there was a negative impact between person-organization fit and work alienation and that work alienation had a negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior.
