Öz



Bu
çalışma, liderlik üzerine bir metafor ve analoji olarak dağcılığı ele alan
araştırmalara dair bir literatür taramasını içermekte ve yapılandırmacı kuram
perspektifinden metaforlar ve analojiler yoluyla öğrenme transferinin önemine
işaret etmektedir. Bu doğrultuda ilk olarak yapılandırmacı öğrenme kuramı ve
öğrenme transferi ana hatlarıyla ele alınmış ve daha sonra öğrenmede metafor ve
analojilerin kullanımı açıklanmıştır. Yapılandırmacı kuram perspektifiyle
analojiler ve metaforlar yoluyla öğrenme transferinin ele alındığı bölümü, bir
liderlik analojisi ve metaforu olarak literatürde dağcılık ve dağ
tırmanışlarının ne şekilde yer aldığına dair bölüm izlemektedir. Çalışma
sonunda liderler ve örgütler için uygulama ve araştırma konuları üzerine
öneriler yer almaktadır.
