Sosyal Temsiller Kuramı Bağlamında Dağcılık Metaforuyla İşletmeler ve Yönetim Üzerine Anlam Yaratma

Öz



Bu
çalışma, işletmeler ve yönetim üzerine bir metafor olarak dağcılığı ele alan
araştırmalara dair bir literatür taramasını içermekte ve sosyal temsiller
kuramı bağlamında metaforlar ile anlam yaratmanın önemine işaret etmektedir. Bu
doğrultuda ilk olarak sosyal temsiller kuramı ve anlam yaratma ana hatlarıyla
ele alınmış, daha sonra da sosyal temsiller kuramı bağlamında anlam yaratma
çerçevesinden metaforlar irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın araştırma kısmı, işletmeler
ve yönetim metaforu olarak literatürde dağcılık ve dağ tırmanışlarının ne
şekilde yer aldığına dair çalışmaların bulgularını içermektedir. Çalışma
sonunda araştırmacılar ve “işletmeler” adını verdiğimiz örgütler için uygulama
ve araştırma konuları üzerine öneriler yer almaktadır.
