Öznel Zindeliğin Psikolojik Sağlamlık Üzerindeki Etkisinde Zihnin İstemli Ve İstemsiz Gezinmesinin Aracılık Rolu

Öz

Bu araştırma, öznel zindeliğin psikolojik sağlamlık üzerindeki etkisinde zihnin istemli ve istemsiz gezinmesinin rolünü belirlemeyi amaçlamıştır. Araştırmada nicel araştırma modellerinden ilişkisel tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini spor bilimleri fakültesinde öğrenim gören basit tesadüfi örneklem yöntemi ile seçilmiş 303 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak öznel zindelik ölçeği, kısa psikolojik sağlamlık ölçeği, zihnin istemli gezinme ölçeği ve zihnin istemsiz gezinme ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada, öznel zindeliğin istemsiz zihin gezinmesini azalttığı ancak öznel zindeliğin psikolojik sağlamlığı arttırdığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan araştırmada, zihnin istemsiz gezinmesinin psikolojik sağlamlığı azalttığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Zihnin istemli gezinmesinin psikolojik sağlamlığa anlamlı bir etkisi bulunmamaktadır. Araştırmada istemsiz zihin gezinmesi aracılık rolünde; öznel zindeliğin psikolojik sağlamlığı arttırıcı etkisinin olduğunun yanı sıra bireylerde zihnin istemsiz gezinmesi durumunun yüksek olması halinde psikolojik sağlamlığa ciddi düzeyde düşürücü etkisinin olduğu görülmektedir. Zihnin istemli gezinmesinin aracılık rolü bulunmamaktadır

The Mediating Role of Intentional And Intentional Mind Wandering in The Effect of Subjectıve Vitality on Psychological Residency

Öz

This research aimed to determine the role of voluntary and involuntary wandering of the mind in the effect of subjective vitality on resilience. Relational survey method, one of the quantitative research models, was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of 303 students selected by simple random sampling method studying at the faculty of sports sciences. Subjective vitality scale, short psychological resilience scale, voluntary mind wandering scale and mind involuntary wandering scale were used as data collection tools in the research. In the research, it was revealed that subjective vitality reduces involuntary mind wandering, but subjective vitality increases resilience. Research has shown that involuntary wandering of the mind reduces resilience. Voluntary wandering of the mind has no significant effect on resilience. In the role of involuntary mind wandering in the research; In addition to the fact that subjective vitality has an increasing effect on psychological resilience, it is seen that it has a serious reducing effect on psychological resilience if the involuntary wandering of the mind is high. The voluntary wandering of the mind has no mediating role.
