Jiroskop Topu İle İlgili Yapılan Araştırmaları İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, jiroskop topu ile yapılmış çalışmaların derlemesini yaparak jiroskop
topunun çalışma ilkesini açıklamak ve egzersizlerde kullanımı için görünürlüğünü
arttırmaktır. Sıklıkla bilimsel çalışmalarda, tedavi edici bir araç olarak kullanılan jiroskop
topu özünde merkezkaç yöntemi ile kuvveti sağlayan bir alettir. Dönüş yapan bir rotor kısmı
ve onu muhafaza eden bir dış katmanı vardır. Farklı yöntemlerle ilk dönüşü başlatılabilen
rotor, muhafaza içinde serbestçe her yöne 360 derece dönebilir. Dönme hızı el bileğinin
senkronize hareketleri ile arttırılabilir ve bu sayede hissedilen kuvvette artış
sağlanabilmektedir. Cihaz doksanlı yılların başında çıkmış olsa da ne yazık ki bir antrenman
aracı olarak kullanımı tam kabul edilmemiştir. Bu durum sadece ülkemiz için değil
yurtdışında da aynı ölçüdedir. Bu çalışma ile spor bilimleri alanında jiroskop topu kullanılarak
yapılan egzersizler ve bilimsel çalışmaların yapılması için bir olanak sağlanacaktır.
